- Support and inquiry information — messages you send to our team
- Information you enter into product features — notes, intake forms, and context fields
Clinical data handling
OurAvera should only be used in environments that meet applicable privacy, security, and clinical governance requirements. Do not enter protected health information (PHI) or personally identifiable patient data unless your environment has been reviewed and approved for that purpose.
Clinicians are responsible for ensuring their use of OurAvera complies with applicable regulations, including HIPAA, state licensure requirements, and their organization's policies.
User-entered information
Content you type into OurAvera's features — including intake forms, notes, and context fields — is used to provide the product's clinical support features. We do not use patient data to train AI models without explicit authorization.
